You can Get Smithing Stones 2 by beating mini-bosses in the tunnels In Elden Ring Nightreign. You will need Stones 2 blacksmith to increase the level of an armament again, after an upgrade has already been applied with Smithing Stone 1.

When you are at the Table de la Forge, you can cycle through the weapons you are currently pulling.
