Flippers in Hello Kitty Island Adventure are a key element to have in your inventory because they allow you to swim in deeper waters surrounding the different parts of the island.
Unlike other tools in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, fins are permanently active once you have obtained them. This means that you don't need to equip them if you want to use them, they will be automatically used once your character enters the water.

To obtain fins in Hello Kitty Island Adventure You Must complete the quest to “find Keroppi fins”. However, there are a few steps that you have to follow before you can unlock this quest.
Unlock the card
You must first complete the quest for the “little gift, big smile” which then unlocks the quest “feed the door” – you must finish this to open the card to the area where Keroppi landed.
Find keroppi
Once you have finished the quest for the door, go through the door through the Chococat house and follow the path on the left until you reach a dead end. Look carefully and you should see a wooden path leading the side of the mountain – go up.
At the top, follow the path until you find Keroppi in Lilypad Lagoon. We have marked their location on the map below:
Onec you find Keroppi, offer them their welcome gift and it will unlock the quest for “Finding Flippers”.
Find Flippe materials
Keroppi will now give you the craft plans for the fins and one of the parts you need, the fins. It means that You have to find a strap To be able to make the fins.
