There is one between the Dew Gardening store and the Newstand (where you can get your daily scratch cards).
Another truck can be found in the corner near the stairs leading to the playground.
There is also a truck in the far corner of the playground, next to the melting ice cream toy.
The next cargo truck is between the Lumina building and the Gravity Cinema.
There is a dead end road behind Officer Mewmew, walk to where this road ends and you will find the next truck.
The last missing cargo truck can be found using the electronic panel inside the police station parking lot.
