Urzikstan Warzone Map
Here is a photo of the Urzikstan map in Warzone:
Urzikstan is the most recent map added to Warzone and the game is located in Western Asia, bordering the Adal Republic (where the Al Mazrah map is located). It is described as a “metropolis located on the eastern border of the Black Sea”.
The region is in disarray after being freed from the control of a dictator, and is threatened by two factions that have been strengthened by the dictator’s remaining soldiers (who are eager for revenge after being defeated). Viktor Zakhaev’s command is the one you were sent to stop.
All POIs in Warzone Urzikstan
Urzikstan has a total of 11 major POIs in Warzone mode that you can visit, fight, explore and set traps. Each POI has its own unique qualities that can be used to give you the upper hand in a fierce firefight.
Here is a list and photos of all 11 Urzikstan POIs in Warzone:
Urzikstan Cargo
Stacked containers create an environment that forces close combat.
Hotel Levin
The station offers views from several different angles.
Popov power
Industrial buildings and cooling towers make perfect ambush locations.
Town of Zaravan
The skyscrapers in this area are connected by zip lines that you can use to move at high speeds to surprise enemies. If you opt for ground combat and have a vehicle, there is a highway here that makes your escape easier.
Suburbs of Zaravan
Don’t want to risk crossing a narrow bridge? Head here to find another way to enter Zaravan Town.
Orlov military base
Multiple barricades create easy areas for us to use as a defensive strategy.
Port district
Large buildings provide good vantage points or use the surrounding water to discreetly access a new position.
Shahin Manor
Far from the city stands a magnificent mansion with marble floors, double staircases, and plenty of space to engage in close-quarters combat.
Old City
Many old and broken buildings create ambush-worthy environments, vantage points, and places to hide and catch your breath.
Lower town
Don’t let appearances fool you, this part of the map will see several squads attempting to move from one part of the map to another. If you need to kill go ahead, if you want to live avoid here.
Hadiqa Farms
These fields are almost completely devoid of any cover, so proceed with caution here.
On top of that, 27 additional large-scale POIs will appear on your compass with even more small areas to explore as you fight to survive.
Features of the new Call of Duty Warzone map
In addition to new POIs to explore, there are also a few new ways to get around Urzikstan. The first being horizontal and vertical zip lines.
Ziplines
Zip lines are designed to make it easier to cross difficult terrain such as the skyscrapers of Zaravan city. Remember to watch your back, you could find yourself straight into trouble.
Running gear
If ziplines aren’t your speed, then how about a drivable train? Yes, the first ever mobile POI in Warzone was added with the new Urzikstan map at the start of Modern Warfare 3 Season 1.
The train itself has forward and reverse controls, as well as the following features:
- Buy a station.
- Drone tower.
- Horn.
- Ammunition depot.
- Guaranteed Legendary Supply Crate.
- Handbrake on the rear carriage.
This POI is bound to be a popular spot, so be prepared for battle if you decide to board!
Coyote Vehicle
A brand new vehicle called Coyote is available in the Urikstan Warzone map. The lightly armored all-terrain vehicle is equipped with a Mounter machine gun and was designed to easily navigate a desert landscape.
However, it’s out in the open, which can make you a moving target for talented snipers.
