Silent Hill 2 X-Ray Puzzle Solution

You need to go through a short journey to Brookhaven Hospital to solve the X-ray puzzle, as you need a few key items scattered around the hospital. However, if you know the D1 combination lock code, you can simply enter it to skip the x-ray puzzle completely.

To solve it correctly, you must first find the mold remover in the kitchen in 1F, which you only gain access to after finding the key to the inner room of 1F in exam room 3 in 3F, near the X-Ray puzzle.
