THE Howling Waves release date is almost here! However, it is important to note that this is slightly different depending on the region you live in and, at the time of writing, we are still awaiting a Wuthering Waves release time will be confirmed.
Wuthering Waves sees you play as characters known as Resonators as they attempt to battle the Tact Discords – monsters that emerged on Earth after an event known as The Lament. If you plan to play on PC, we recommend knowing the system requirements for Wuthering Waves.

Wuthering Waves release date and time
Wuthering Waves will be released Wednesday, May 22 to US West Coast regions
Outside of PT regions, German and Japanese accounts Wuthering Waves X have confirmed that the game will be available. released on Thursday, May 23 in European and Japanese regions. This can also be the same for other regions.

A good way to check when exactly Wuthering Waves will be released in your region is to visit the game’s page on the Apple App Store. In the UK, this page lists the Wuthering Waves release date as Thursday, May 23. This matches the date given by German account Wuthering Waves
It is important to note that we are still waiting for an official release time for Wuthering Waves from Kuro Games. We know, however, that this has a simultaneous worldwide release.
With this knowledge and the various release dates in mind, we can assume that Wuthering Waves will be available in Texas regions at or after 4 p.m. 4 p.m. (PT) would be midnight in the United Kingdom (BST), 1 a.m. (CEST) in Europe, and 7 p.m. on the US East Coast (EDT). But please keep in mind that it is speculation based on me staring at my favorite time converter for too long…

When it releases, you will be able to play Wuthering Waves on Android, iOS And PC via the Epic Store.
It’s worth knowing the system requirements for Wuthering Waves if you’re playing on PC!
Although Wuthering Waves will not be available on console upon release, during an interview with The Loadout at GDC 2024, Lennon Li, overseas marketing specialist for Kuro Games, said: “We have a plan. [to release] on console, but we’re still working on it. The lack of any console support across Wuthering Waves’ lineup of release platforms is notable, particularly on PlayStation where gacha giant Genshin Impact has been playable since launch, but hopefully it will be available for a base soon of wider players.
We’re also still waiting for confirmation from Kuro Games on whether Wuthering Waves will support cross-progression and/or cross-play functionality. Since the game features cooperative multiplayer and similar gacha games have these features enabled, we hope to see them included in Wuthering Waves.
