Evo 2022 is always in the news, not only because of the fierce battles between the participants but also because of the news from the developers about their future productions. SNK has forcefully announced a second season of DLC for The King of Fighters 15 and the arrival of the netcode rollback for Samurai Shodown, but in addition he threw another pearl: the announcement of a new Fatal Fury/Garou.
Twenty years have passed since the arrival of Garou Mark of the Wolves, in that mythical 1999 that would leave us a benchmark title for future fighting games and an exponent (perhaps the maximum) of the best pixel art of this genre .

In the teasing For about 30 seconds we can see images of a town and barely elucidated shadows in the darkness until we reach Rock Howard, son of the villainous Geese and protege of Terry Bogard, one of the characters the most beloved of the saga and protagonist with his brother Andy and Joe Higashi of the first game of the saga.
The Fatal Fury saga has many points in common with The King of Fighters, another of the Japanese developer’s flagship games. At the moment little is known about what the new title will have or when it will be released, but in some frames of the trailer you can see Aki Senno’s signature, Tonko, who was the artist behind the great games like The Last Blade, King of Fighters, Samurai Showdown and Metal Slug.
