- Allocate resources to ensure that the Diversity policy in terms of attitude is respected.
- Remove “inappropriate” game content
In closing, Kotick reaffirms his dedication and commitment to the well-being and safety of its employees.
Note that of all of the requests made by the signatories, only the issue of recruitment diversity was raised. Neither the transparency of compensation and promotions nor the review of the management by an outside company was mentioned by the CEO. The same applies to the resignation of Frances Townsend, Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs, whose remarks outraged the employees. In particular, she said that the complaint against the company was “unfounded and irresponsible” and that it was about “old stories taken out of context and factually incorrect”.
