In December last year, Small Studiodeveloper best known for Arise: A Simple Storyadvertisement After U.S. The promise of a surreal platformer adventure game has caught the attention of many, and now new gameplay details have been revealed. In addition, finally, the study has confirmed its release date, which will be the May 23 of the same year
Managing Director of Piccolo Studio, Alexis Corominasdescribes the setting of After U.S as “a strange, dreamlike but captivating world, where everyday objects float. Some small, some massive, and where a dangerous layer of oil stains the ground.” Players will assume the role of a little nymph who first arrives on a surreal version of Earth in the distant future where all life was destroyed
The game will feature ten biomes which will make up the world, in which we will find a balanced combination of combat, platforms, puzzles and challenges. After U.S it features abstract art design, high-speed movement with a dynamic camera system, and ambient storytelling, among other things.
