Certain Affinity is working on something big for Halo Infinite that will involve close to 100 people.
Certain Affinity is said to be working on a Battle Royale-like game mode for Halo Infinite. We have already reported several times about the possible PvPvE mode with the project name Tatanka.
Max Hoberman, CEO of Certain Affinity, had given VentureBeat some details about the work on the project.
They have been working on this as yet unannounced project for more than two years and are responsible for everything from conception to design. You’re working on something big for Halo that involves almost 100 people.
“We’ve been working on Halo Infinite for over two years now and we’re doing something we know very well what we’re allowed to say.”
“But we’re doing something unannounced, and we’re leading the development of this unannounced thing, from concept to design. It’s something big and new for the franchise. But that’s all I can say about it.”
“This is our largest single project out of our three projects that we currently have. We have almost 100 developers working on it.”
Of course, Hoberman left it open what exactly is being developed for Halo Infinite, because of course you can’t reveal too much.
