Atlus is preparing a project for the 25th anniversary of Persona

In 2021, the Persona saga celebrates a quarter of a century and the developer Atlus will not let this emblematic date pass.

The announcement of Atlus’ plans was made in a rather particular way. The prestigious Japanese magazine Fam itsu asked several developers

leave a salute to commemorate the arrival of 2021 and this is where the Japanese company took the opportunity to make the following statement:

“In addition to Shin Megami Tensei V and Project Re Fanasy, which are in development, we are preparing a commemorative project for the 25th anniversary of Persona in 2021, stay tuned!”

The developer has yet to explain what kind of project he has in mind, but on February 23, Persona 5 Strikers will launch, a spin-off of the saga that will also reach PC.

These data are not minor since the PC port of Persona 4 has been a resounding success for Sega and Atlus since its arrival on Steam. Maybe a compilation with the first four Persona makes the most sense, but only the future will confirm this theory or not.
