The developers of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III have announced that they have banned over 65,000 cheaters.
Cheaters are and always have been a problem in shooters. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III recently saw an influx of players resorting to unfair means following its inclusion in Xbox Game Pass.
Now the developers have managed to deal a major blow to cheaters with their anti-cheat system Ricochet. It was announced that more than 65,000 players have been banned from the rankings and normal matches.
This not only affects Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, but also the associated Battle Royale mode Call of Duty: Warzone.
