CrossfireX was subjected to a graphics and frame rate analysis and did not do particularly well.
Remedy Entertainment, creators of Alan Wake, Quantum Break and Control, developed the “Campaign” sections for CrossfireX. These have now been subjected to a graphics and frame rate analysis, with the game not doing particularly well.
Thus, the Xbox Series X version of CrossfireX only achieves 1440p in performance mode. The Xbox Series S and Xbox One X versions are content with 1080p, while the Xbox One S comes in at 720p.
The frame rate of the Xbox Series X is 60 FPS in Performance mode and 30 FPS in Quality mode. Xbox Series S and Xbox One X try to keep up here, but struggle with some minor frame-rate jitter.
