An error occurred at the beginning of last season. The goalkeepers could come together despite having different platforms. This was corrected very quickly! However, Bungie is now announcing that crossplay will be available for beta in beta Fate 2.
Destiny 2 – Crossplay from 25 to 27 May

A unique list, Vanguard Strikes in Beta Cross Play, will be available to all Destiny 2 players from May 25-27. You will be compared to Guardians who play on PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Stadia. As you battle the enemy waves of darkness, our teams will search the data and take a variety of actions to test the integrity of our new cross-play system.
The beta in Cross Play is strictly limited to this mode. In addition, it is impossible to create your own teams or send invitations to your friends at the moment. The beta is simply used to test the servers and collect some data to make everything stable.
Anyone can take part in this short period of time. As a thank you, the participants can win a unique “Stars Crossed” emblem. The only condition is to get three hits in the beta.
According to the same press release, Cross Play will be available from next season. By uniting guardians from all walks of life, the future of Fate 2 looks even brighter. Bungie’s game is still available in Xbox Game Pass.
