In keeping with the upcoming Halloween season, Doctor’s Curse event returns in Rainbow Six Siege.
With the Doctor’s Curse event now starting, the Halloween spook has once again descended on Rainbow Six Siege. The time-limited event runs until November 6th. In this game, the attackers, as hunters, have to track down the monsters (defenders) that are hiding in a nocturnal Frankenstein castle version of the theme park map.
The Doctor’s Curse collection returns with a variety of cosmetic items, including new packs for Deimos and Zofia as the Hunter and Huntress, respectively, and Fenrir as the Monster. If you log into the game during the event, you will receive a free event pack that offers a chance to unlock a random item from the collection.
By completing Ubisoft Connect challenges during the event, you can also unlock additional packs and a full Doctor’s Curse pack for Kapkan.
The games in the Doctor’s Curse event are a type of hide-and-seek game in which the hunters try to hunt down the monsters while the monsters either eliminate their pursuers or evade them until time runs out. The hunters only have a hammer as a weapon and one of several tracking devices.
On the other hand, the defending monsters can place traps and use their unique ability, Night Stalker, which allows them to temporarily become invisible and run faster. There are no respawns in this mode. Therefore, players must work well together with their allied team members to overcome the fearsome enemies that pursue them or to defeat the horrors that lurk in secret.
