After some investigation, the youtuber Marty Japan posted an interesting fact. The code name for this new Budokai Tenkaichi would be “Sparking!” Zero”
Keep in mind that this does NOT mean the game will be titled “Dragon Ball SPARKING! ZERO”
Much like how “DBZ Kakarot” had the codename “Project Z” when it was announced.

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4 is ready for anything
Perhaps the name “Sparking!” Zero” may suggest a relatively smooth reboot of the series. What is true is that a game like this next to the art that Dragon Ball FighterZ or Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot provided us… It will be amazing.
