It’s official, there won’t be an E3 for the next two years. That revelation came in a document emerging from a meeting of the city’s Tourism Commission Los Angeles on Wednesday, June 21. It has a page devoted to “citywide convention sales” and references a specific number to “E3 cancellations for 2024 and 2025.”
So is this the official end of E3? Maybe, or maybe not… It’s not impossible that E3 will come back in a new form, otherwise this format really is no longer representative of the market and will have to give way to other events…
