Anime has been in our lives since we were little, who doesn’t remember Dragon Ball, Knights of the Zodiac and others… These “little drawings” are more present in society every day, not only in the smallest of the house, but also in the older ones. We were able to enjoy everything from series and movies (anime) to comics (manga). Today this universe is also present on our consoles in the form of really fun video games.
As you well know, we are a dedicated Xbox page, so Today we bring you a small selection of what for us are the best anime games that we can enjoy on our console. Of course, it all depends on everyone’s tastes, so if you want to tell us your favorite games, remember that we always read you to the end Twitter and Facebook. It should be noted that this list is common, so you will see reviews from three different editors; Now yes, let’s go with the games.
Here is our small selection of anime games
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot
This episode comes from Cyberconnect and Bandai Namco to bring us the wonderful story of the Dragon Ball franchise. This time we are faced with an open-world role-playing game in which we can experience the story of Dragon Ball Z, including all of its arcs. From the appearance of the first Saiyans to conquer Earth, to the Majin Buu saga. In Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, you can relive battles against Frieza, Cell, and the aforementioned Buu. Thanks to its 3D battles and level system, you’ll have to be careful which enemy you’re up against.
Not only do we appreciate the combat, a movement full of fluidity, but we the game also offers us simply incredible cinematics that manage to make us relive all those sensations that the original series gave us. If you are a fan of the work created by Akira Toriyama, we strongly recommend that you immerse yourself in this new episode, who knows, maybe in the future they will surprise us with the same style of play that tells the Dragon Ball Super story. Something that implements the movies or… Even the GT saga.

Dragon Ball Fighter Z
Continuing with the king of anime, we are compelled to name this episode to you as well. This time it is a completely different episode from the previous one, although before enjoying an open world and 3D combat, this time we are only faced with a fighting game old fashioned 2D scenarios and movements with many of the most important characters in Dragon Ball history. On this occasion we can choose between characters from Dragon Ball Z, GT and Super, a great variety that will make the gameplay you experience in this episode unique.
Why will it be unique? Because each character has different move sets, i.e. none will be controlled in the same way. So, if you want to become an expert, you will have to spend a few hours in training mode with the character you want to master. But I have some news for you… If you don’t know the game, we are facing a 3v3 title, so try to control at least three characters that you like and feel comfortable with. I already predict that this will not be an easy task unless you are already used to this type of game.

Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles
In case you don’t know the Kimetsu no Yaiba series… I don’t know what you are doing, although it is a series that presents the division of opinions (like all), the animation it offers us is perfect and the story isn’t far either. On this occasion, It is still Cyberconnect which offers us this title which refers to the history of Tanjiro, Nezuko and company. This time we are faced with a similar episode in 3D that offers us to relive the story faithfully, and yes, we are faced with a game that will also offer us incredible cutscenes, just like in Kakarot.
This time the fights of the game will take place in a delimited area, basic attacks, dodges and skills will be the keys to victory. Of course, we will also have QTE sequences to finish off enemies with one hit whenever we get the chance. You will be able to unlock new characters, costumes or settings, which you can do for free while completing levels and completing challenges. Whether you are a fan of the series or want to experience its story for the first time, Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Chronicles is a very good option for you.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm
Who doesn’t know the most famous ninja in the world? Indeed, it is Naruto Uzumaki, a ninja who belongs to the Hidden Leaf Village. The creator of this amazing story is Masashi Kishimo, and of course, Bandai Namco has delighted us with a delivery that manages to captivate all fans of this franchise. Logically, we are faced with a 3D fighting game that offers us a story mode to relive everything that happened in the anime and manga.
So, if you are one of those who follow Naruto, Sasuke and company in their adventures, perhaps this opus will captivate you as much as the series. We are not talking about a single game, since Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm offers four games. Yes, you will be able to relive the whole story of the saga without staying halfway, as we said, do not hesitate to check it out if you are a faithful of this anime.

One of the grossest and most brutal series we have been able to receive in recent years that tells the story of a world in which humans live in a fortified city that protects them from external threats represented by creatures with large scale that cause chaos and destruction.
Once again, the story of Eren and his comrades finds its place in a game that places us in the terrible world of The attack of the Titans to experience these moments of anguish and fight against these enormous beasts. Our mission will be to closely follow part of the plot arc, the same one that was left at some point with the first episode and that if you are an anime fan you will not want to miss.
Honorable mentions

Let’s look at two brief honorable mentions.
jump strength
The Jump Force party is amazing, the number of characters this game has is beastly, Goku (Dragon Ball), Ichigo (Bleach), Seiya (Saint Seiya), Light (Death Note), Naruto (Naruto) and more, coming from the most respected and popular anime in all of Japan and we know some have been left out, however, this is a good anthology, although it has a large number of playable (repetition) and artistic (the style was not well received) chess.
