We’ve covered just about everything there is to say about Elden Ring. Course, difficulty, lots of news, comparisons, debates and sales figures, but there is one problem that hardly anyone wants to talk about. The elephant in the room, the real horror of looking for a place where your character is safe when you have to scratch your nose or go to the toilet to evacuate: The absence of a pause button.
And it is that we have already become accustomed in From Software games to a progression system just not to play with restarts before unjust deaths and massive losses of grace, that there is no pause in as such. But for many things, the PC is magic and most importantly, the modding community. Because today, we can say that Elden Ring already has the Pause button on PC. Thanks to a mod, of course.
With a break, there’s no glory in the Elden Ring
The mod is simply called “Pause T he Game”, and thanks to Eurogamer
Precisely for this, you should also keep in mind that FromSoftware reserves the right to ban players who use cheats or fraudulent online gambling methods, so be careful when using mods.
