Phogs! is here just in time for the holidays! What better way to get that festive break than snapping, barking, and stretching your way through this wonderfully whimsical, yet challenging, puzzle game? Thanks to the local and online multiplayer, you can even play together with your beast, whether he is lying next to you on the couch or is miles apart.
So what can you expect to find in the wonderful world of Phogs? Apart from the delightfully imaginative and elastic doggos red and blue, there are some wonderful things to discover in the three themed worlds of eating, sleeping and playing. Here are some we really love …
Wait … what the hell is a phog anyway?
Oh yes, the phogs! Well, red and blue are an adorable two-headed dog joined by an expandable belly. Although they share one body, they are very different personalities if you ask us. You could say it is blue genius while red is insane, but they both share a love of solving puzzles, barking birds and of course devouring pizza.
Food world
The food world is heaven for phogs (and most people, too). It is a place where you will never go hungry. Not only will you eat in this delicious world, there are plenty of annoying “lotteries” to herd or chase away, vegetables to pick and “wallermelons” to pour.
Along the way, meet some of the other Food World residents like the lovable Farmers who will pet you if you are a good dog. You might even find yourself preparing a meal with an eight-legged chef named Choctopus. Oh, and did we mention the spas? Being a phog is a pretty good life.
Play world
Play World is what you get when you mix up the best things about a carnival and arcade and then add some more crazy colors, magical mini-games and two very excited doggos. Sounds good, right? If you thought a stretchy dog with no thumb couldn’t play mini golf, zorb, or operate a hoof machine, you are wrong!
Oh look – a train that’s supposed to chase!
Sleeping world
As you work your way through a sleepy land of mattress forts and bouncy pillows, you, red and blue, are met by a slew of dreamy creatures who need your help to either wake up or fall asleep, which could be more difficult sounding. Use the friendly glorbs to light your path and greet Granny Spider knitting as you help a wise old owl read her book.
