F1 as if you were there

Video recordings were made in motion capture with mechanics to make pit stops as true to the original as possible.

As already announced, F1 Manager 2022 puts the player in the role of the team manager. If we knew that it would be necessary to manage the team and the decisions during the race, now we have confirmation that it will be necessary to monitor the available drivers to recruit the best line-up. The first choice is made between F1, F2 and F3 drivers thanks to official licenses. Personnel selection will also be decisive when filling key positions. It will be necessary to choose the best from the list of available candidates in order to assemble the most effective team possible.
Players are also required to vote on regulatory changes. These can take place depending on the season. This is always an opportunity to shake up the hierarchy, as we can see in the 2022 season.
