The successful Ubisoft saga returns in style with an adventure that promises to leave us with a very good taste in our mouths. After Far cry 3, fans were somewhat disappointed that they didn’t have such an iconic villain and a sufficiently epic plot. However, Far cry 6 promises to put all the meat on the grill thanks to a safe bet. Giancarlo Esposito is chosen to bring Antón Castillo to life
Since the revelation of Far cry 6, Ubisoft Toronto was the face of the project as the lead developer. But it’s a big budget Ubisoft title, which means there is more than one study involved. As the audio director revealed Eduardo Vaisman, nine other Ubisoft studios have collaborated with Ubisoft Toronto on development. This includes Ubisoft Montreal (Rainbow Six Extraction), Ubisoft Shanghai (Skull and bones) and Ubisoft Pune (Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remastered).
This collaboration is not really new for the French company. Several of his studios have worked together on other projects in recent years. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, for example, had 14 different studies collaboration with Ubisoft Montreal for development. Taking into account that Far cry 6 is promoted as a huge open world With the biggest map in the series, it stands to reason that so many staff are involved.
Far cry 6 will then affect all systems (except Switch) October 7. Follow us on the Xbox zone for new information on Ubisoft’s crazy new open world.
