Villain Is a tactical roguelite in which the players take control of Captain Cutter, a pirate captain looking for revenge after they were betrayed by the rival pirate black leg and left with a mysterious cursed eye. On the trip to Blackbone, the players will set a ragtag crew and a procedural game world full of round-based naval and melee encounters, curious sights, looting treasures and even more secrets.

Captain your own ship
No real pirate can call itself a captain without your own ship! In VillainPlayers can navigate with their ship to navigate the game world and equip different types of artillery to dominate them in the naval fight and to let the enemy ship injured for their boarding party.
Rent and manage a rag day -crew
Although the players start with modest beginnings, you will quickly find that there are many swamp chefs, Spearmadens, Grappler and more waiting to just wait to be set on board your ship!
If the crew gains combat experience, you will unlock new skills and increase your combat knowledge. However, your health remains through every Rogue-Lite run (similar to a traditional mission, but with a villain lite application). Between the runs, the crew members have to rest in order to bring themselves back into the fighting order.

Objects and upgrades are reset between every run: ● Personal items (character equipment): additional weapons, attack modifiers and side improvements for skills. ● Ship weapons (cannons and similar objects): Each new run begins with a usable, basic starter set. ● Reset shipping modules. Each run increases its progress permanently: ● unlock ferry lawsuit for crew members and captain cutter. ● Acquire the improvement of the ship and port system in the Pirate Cave (Hub).
