Like now through a recently emerged one Document The US Patent and Trademark Office announced that Bandai Namco ceded ownership of the trademark to developer FromSoftware in March 2023. The document in question states as follows:
“The departing party [Bandai Namco] hereby assigns all right, title and interest in and to the Mark to the assignee [FromSoftware]together with the goodwill of the company symbolized by the mark and the identified registration therefor, and with all claims arising from or related to the use of the property in the mark.”
