You can now pre-order Assassin's Creed Shadows in these editions.
Ubisoft announced today that Assassin's Creed Shadows, set in feudal Japan, is now available for pre-order.
The game will be released worldwide on March 20th via Ubisoft+, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Amazon Luna, Macs with Apple Silicon via the Mac App Store and for Windows PC via the Ubisoft Store, Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Digital Deluxe Edition
The Digital Deluxe Edition includes the main game, the “Sekiryuu Dual Pack,” which includes outfits and weapons for both Naoe and Yasuke, and the “Sekiryuu Hideout Pack,” which includes cosmetic items for the hideout and knowledge points.
Collector's edition
The Collector's Edition includes the main game, the Sekiryuu Dual Pack, the Sekiryuu Hideout Pack, Knowledge Points, and some physical content. The physical content includes a steelbook, an approximately 40 cm tall Naoe & Yasuke figure, a world map, Naoe's full-size katana tsuba, a Credo kakemono, a 76-page collector's art book and two sumi-e lithographs.
Physical Limited Editions
The physical Assassin's Creed Shadows Standard Edition for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will be available from participating retail partners starting March 20. Pre-ordering is possible from some trading partners. Amazon and Media Markt Saturn also offer exclusive pre-order offers.
For example, the exclusive limited edition is available on Amazon, which includes the “Naoe character package Sekiryuu” in addition to the main game. At Media Markt and Saturn, however, you get an exclusive Steelbook when you buy the Standard Edition (only while stocks last).
Pre-order bonuses
Additionally, those who pre-order the game will receive free access to the Claws of Awaji expansion, releasing later in 2025. This expansion will feature a new open-world region with over 10 hours of additional content, including new abilities, equipment, skills and a new weapon for Naoe, the Bō.
In this new adventure, players travel to the mysterious island of Awaji, where Naoe and Yasuke are relentlessly pursued by the Sanzoku Ippa, a dangerous new faction threatening the region.
As they evade the traps and ambushes of these new enemies, players will experience firsthand the constant threat of being hunted.
