According to current rumors, the next Tomb Raider will have an open game world.
Developer Crystal Dynamics is currently working with Amazon Games on the new Tomb Raider spin-off. While little information has been revealed about the next adventure surrounding heroine Lara Croft, some interesting rumors are now making the rounds.
Accordingly, the leaker reports V Scooper via X that the next Tomb Raider will have an open game world. Vehicles such as motorcycles and parachutes are available to the young adventurer so that she can explore the large open world without restrictions.
The leaker also goes into more detail about the story. This is how the action adventure should take place in India. The land is hit by a natural disaster and uncovers some rare artifacts that not only bring Lara to the scene, but also some raiders.
In order to be able to prevail against the new opponents, a new game mechanic will also be introduced into the upcoming spin-off. Accordingly, the player will be able to recruit teams and use them strategically in missions.
