It was to see the presentation trailer of Battlefield 2042 and its subsequent gameplay at the Xbox and Bethesda conference, so immediately my interest in the series went from zero to one hundred, and that’s the latest adventures of OF because of the war conflicts of the last century they did not call me too much. Too much spice for the body.
What was achieved there for the year 2011 is quite an achievement and the visuals of the title are still in good shape. You may notice the occasional texture or pattern that doesn’t look so good, but the entire packaging is just phenomenal. The effects of light at night or the beauty of flying through the clouds aboard a fighter jet while shooting rival planes leave unforgettable postcards. The spectacular of the campaign mode doesn’t eliminate one of the main evils that many war shooters have dragged out and that is the fact that the plot is somewhat weak. It won’t be the storytelling masterpiece, but damn the video game does have its moments of surprise, which only make you want to keep moving forward. The mobile alarm warning that I had to move on was the only thing that kept me from continuing to play and was that the pace between the action and a cutscene to contextualize didn’t give time to breathe. While I haven’t been particularly interested in the last few Battlefields, I got my hands on recent episodes of the series, so I have to say that control is one of the aspects that has aged a bit in Battlefield 3. It seems unfair to me to see this as a flaw and I think it is rather a merit for OF the fact that each iteration has further tweaked the gameplay.
Battlefield 3 It offers wide possibilities for weaponry and finding yourself in front of a title that is almost a decade old is sometimes noticeable, but what at first can be a bit shocking is something that is quickly forgotten. Np only gives more with each forward mission, but by the time we are in the middle of campaign mode, we have to take seriously being in a conflict that does not give up and, both the challenge and the pleasure manage to maintain balance.

It’s a shame that the campaign mode is being left out, but hopefully this will be offset by a constant influx of new things for multiplayer. The next Battlefield on the list? Bad Company 😀 And something else, the mission “Between a Sword and a Wall” in this third installment is quite simply one of the most epic I have ever played in a video game.
