The GamePass Friends & Family trial that was available in multiple countries has ended and is no longer available.
Service game pass keep looking for new formulas to reach more and more people. This is why a few months ago, in several countries, the option of GamePass Friends and Family. This service allowed to have a main subscription, up to 4 additional individual accounts associated with the service. In other words, we could add up to four friends and family, whether they live under the same roof or not. Each person used their own account and profile Xbox
However, this option GamePass Friends and Family It is no longer available as stated on the official Xbox site:

What does this mean for my subscription?
- Starting July 14, 2023: Current primary and secondary members will receive detailed information about this change via email.
- From July 17, 2023: Primary account holders will no longer be able to add new members to their shared subscription.
- August 15, 2023 Existing subscriptions will end and Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family will no longer be available.
- Starting August 15, 2023: We will send Xbox Game Pass Ultimate codes as a thank you for your participation in our preview program (to primary and secondary members) based on the primary account holder’s remaining time as described in the table following.
But all this does not mean that the service has failed and is forgotten. On the contrary, it is now that there are more possibilities than the service Game Pass
