We warned you that the Obsidian Entertainment title would receive an update prior to the September 27th release of 1.0. As of today, the time has come. In fact, the team is at work on the final stretch before the big reveal. One of the first innovations this brings is shared worlds. So it’s a persistent world stored in the cloud where people can connect regardless of the presence of the owner or not.
And it doesn’t stop there. A new companion joins our “infinitely small ones” in the form of the mosquito. They are being domesticated and pets have increased their usefulness. So we can adjust their buffs and adjust their health by providing them gear. Let’s not forget about the players’ favorite robot, BURG.L, which also updates itself. He won’t be as static as he was before when he discovers he’s entered the bugger! Damn Claptr… er BURG.L!
But one of the great additions in particular is the kitchen! The walk through the oven is no longer necessary, we can now use the kitchen piano provided for this purpose. Crafting doesn’t have this one change, as the equipment has also been overhauled. For convenience, the update introduces Style Nuggets and Resilient Nuggets, which are used to upgrade armor and weapons, respectively. The gaming experience at the start should be significantly improved. After a day of hard work in the garden, the rest sequence was reviewed.
Here are the changes for this update in preparation for September. Anyone who says official release also says introductory price. From 27.09. Grounded will be available for $39.99. Of course, it will still be included in Game Pass.
