GTA V is one of the most popular games in history. Originally released in 2013, this opus will soon be released in a version optimized for the next generation consoles: Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. If we already knew some of the improvements that this new version offers, today Rockstar revealed the different graphic modes of the game.
Three graphics modes available
Three modes will be available on next-gen consoles:
- Loyalty: 4K native (4K upscale on Xbox Series S) – 30 frames per second – Ray Tracing
- performance : 4K Upscale (1080p on Xbox Series S) – 60 frames per second
- performance RT (Only on Xbox Series X/PS5): a hybrid mode that combines 4K upscale resolution, ray tracing and 60 frames per second.
Many other improvements will also be included, with an increase in the population of the city, higher plant density, better management of light and reflections. More technical elements like anti-aliasing, motion blur and explosions have also been improved.
