After another year of development, we all agree that Halo Infinite has been one of the best installments of the entire franchise and possibly the entire year so far this generation. A game that many of us were waiting for with incredible impatience, even if we were not unconditional fans of the saga.
Halo Infinite has managed to score incredible marks across all specialist media, both for its graphical power and its innovation when it comes to exploring and implementing such an open world. This is exactly what I want to talk to you about now.
Early Open World Concepts in Halo Infinite
Josh Kao is a former 343 worker and left us some footage, both of a character concept and of the Brute’s weapon, the advertiser. The truth is, they seem like changes that would suit the franchise, but for some reason they haven’t been made.
As you can see below, it looks like everything would look a bit more desert-like. It would be interesting to see a delivery with this style that good old Josh offers us. Don’t forget that you can play the completely free Halo Infinite multiplayer and its campaign mode via Xbox Game Pass. If not, I don’t know what you are waiting for, yes… be very careful, because once you enter Halo, you won’t be able to get out easily.
