Hints have again appeared in the Microsoft Store that the strategy hit Age of Empires 4 could find its way to the Xbox.
When you think of Age of Empires, you automatically connect the strategy game series to the PC. This has been the case so far with the successful revival of the series by Age of Empires 4. Now there are increasing indications of a console port.
That’s what the website reports evaluatoran entry on the game’s page in Microsoft store. There you will find a note that an Xbox Live subscription is required for online multiplayer. If you scroll down further, Xbox Live is listed again under the functions.
This isn’t the first hint that the game might make its way to Xbox as well. At the beginning of the year we reported on an internal version in the Xbox Insider Hub. Furthermore, both Microsoft and the development team have expressed in the past that they want to check the possibility of a release on the Xbox.
