With the Indie Box, the entire XboxSquad editorial team offers you mini reviews of very little known or featured indie games. While some don’t deserve to step out of the shadows of the Xbox Marketplace, others might be worth a look. That is the whole subject of this section.
Super PowerUP Games continues to push its series forward pinball in new tables and today we will be sailing the caribbean seas with pinball. As the name suggests, pirates are involved, so this table features a cannon that shoots the ball back at you at full speed. Don’t be surprised!
In addition to a rail, the board has two opposite ramps for a change of pace and four pinball machines. The two classics below as well as two more placed higher to get different bonuses.
In the end, and not surprisingly, Pirate Pinball Not being very original, it picks up on the qualities and shortcomings of its predecessors, namely to be an honest title sold at a low price but very limited since it only offers one table. Maybe one day Super PowerUP Games will combine all episodes of the series into a single package, who knows?
I loved :
- An honest pinball table for just over 2 dollars
- Easy 1000G… for pinball fans
I’m sorry :
- Only one table is offered per episode
