Lara Croft becomes the newest survivor to join Dead by Daylight’s asymmetrical multiplayer horror.
Behaviour Interactive has announced that Tomb Raider’s Lara Croft, one of the most iconic video game characters of all time, will be the newest survivor to enter the mists of Dead by Daylight. Having survived daring expeditions and faced death, she now faces her darkest adventure yet in Dead by Daylight.
The Lara Croft chapter will be available from July 16, 2024. The public test version can be played now on Steam.
An expedition into the fog
Dead by Daylight may be her first foray into the horror genre, but Lara is no stranger to terrifying encounters. From claustrophobic tunnels to tombs filled with corpses to ravenous beasts, Lara has narrowly escaped death on countless occasions. Each experience has shaped her and given her a wealth of survival knowledge.
Trapped in the entity’s dark realm, players can now step into Lara’s boots and accompany her on her quest for the greatest treasure of all: escape to freedom.
Though she has been stripped of her trusty bow and pistols, her best weapons remain intact. Her unwavering tenacity, extensive knowledge of survival, and bravery are represented by three unique talents that tip the scales in her favor.
With her experience and skills, Lara Croft embodies all the qualities needed to survive in the mist, making her a future home in the world of Dead by Daylight alongside other iconic characters. Although she is well prepared for the trials ahead, the future is never certain in the twisted world of the Entity.
