The team of Square Enixhas started to show new details about his new project, Life is Strange: Double Exposure. The next installment of his spectacular narrative adventure saga. In these videos we can get to know their characters better.
First we have Max Caulfield. He’s a normal person, yes, he has an extraordinary ability to Manipulate time and traverse two parallel timelines. Max is also a photographer and resides in the prestigious Caledon University. Our protagonist tries to overcome his traumatic past by rebuilding his life and finding his place in frigid Vermont. Further tragedy befalls Max when he discovers his friend Safi murdered in the snow.
Since there appears to be no clue as to how the murder took place, Max will have to use his supernatural power and travel across two timelines to solve this mystery. This includes a timeline in which her friend is miraculously alive. Step into the shoes of Max, an ordinary, lovable heroine with a knack for telling bad jokes, as you try to solve this mysterious murder and prevent it from happening again.
New Characters
Safi Llewellyn-Fayyad is a young poet, daughter of Yasmin, president of Calendo, and the Max’s New Best Friend. Safi works hard to help Max relax and adjust to Vermont, and Max can always count on her. A social person by nature, Safi enjoys getting to know people deeply and understanding what makes them who they are. Unfortunately, Tragedy strikes Caledon campus: Safi murdered in seemingly impossible way. There is no murder weapon, no footprints in the snow, no witnesses. When Max tries to restore his power to go back in time and fix what happened, he opens a parallel timeline. At this point, the player will have to solve a crime that turned Max’s life upside down.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure will come to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam and Windows Store on October 29, 2024. From there, we will be attentive to any news.
