These players knew the game from the inside and outside and were able to give important detailed feedback, which led to additional changes and polishes. The open dialogue of the closed beta was decisive for us to be on the right track to do justice to the series.
That doesn't mean that we have no fans inside! Our team has made a lot of effort and care in the course of the development process. The dark and moody area of Druantia in particular was something that we spent a lot of time for. When we initially adapted the lighting for the remaster, we found that it was simply too bright and the area had lost a large part of its identity and taste. It took several feedback rounds to choose it to a place where we really recorded the original vision.
