While waiting for November 19th for this new opus of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, They offer us new information about their PC requirements. As we could already expect from the technical requirements and graphic quality of the previous opus, this title will once again be demanding on our hardware.
Let’s prepare our PC for what’s coming with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
At the processor level, the technical requirements f or the minimum specifications start from an i7-6800K or a Ryzen 5 2600X. To achieve the recommended specifications, you will need an i7-10700K or a Ryzen 7 2700X processor.
We would start from minimum specifications that require a GTX970 graphics card in the case of Nvidia graphics or an RX 5700 in the case of AMD with 4GB of VRAM in both. For recommended specs, things go up to an RTX 2080 or RX 5700 XT graphics card with 8GB of VRAM in both cases.. If we want to achieve the “ideal” qualities, we will need to have an RTX 4080 or an RX 7900 XT with 12 GB of VRAM installed. We see that the hardware requirements are very high.
As for RAM, things are not left behind, going so far as to ask us in the most minimal specifications no more and no less than 16 GB of RAM. cAs recommended, the game asks us for 32 GB of RAM and for “ideal” qualities, you will need 64 GB of RAM.
In all the specifications they clearly tell us several things. We will have to be at least with the version of Windows 10 with all its latest updates, as well as DirectX 12 installed. To install the game we need to have 50 GB of free space on our hard drives. And finally, a bandwidth that will range from 10 Mbps as minimum specifications, 50 Mbps as recommended and 100 Mbps to achieve the ideal speed.
What do you think of these specifications? We hope your PC will be ready for November 19th to enjoy this new opus of Microsoft Flight Simulator. We are looking forward to it with great impatience. In the meantime, we invite you to follow our news in the Xbox Space to keep up with all the latest news on our favorite games.
