As a gamer, your role in this twisted narrative experience is to diagnose and treat the citizens of a dystopian society, manage your resources, and develop new devices – all to keep sanity in check in The Structure. However, there is one thing you must always keep in mind – every diagnosis and every patient is your responsibility.

The Structure maintains order and efficiency through strict top-down controls. The leaders of this dystopian society believe that absolute harmony and constancy should be achieved in order to thrive in the only livable city in the world. In the pursuit of optimization, Mind Scanners are hired to eliminate and eliminate all signs of abnormality. Plus, anyone who dares to disobey The Structure’s laws will be thrown into the Outer Zone (that’s the last place you want to be believe me). This means that in order to get your way, you must first follow their rules.
It will be your job to scan and treat as many citizens as possible during your work day. Your treatment equipment can have an impact on the patient’s psyche, but don’t worry – you will be paid for your work either way. The practices of the structure are questionable, to say the least, and to top it all – they got your daughter and made the whole dilemma even more personal. Will you dare to stand up for yourself, your daughter and the people?
Or be brave and stand up against the machine.
Why should anyone support The Structure and its ambition to control its citizens? Not many do it of their own free will, and neither do you have little choice. You have your daughter. The easiest way to see them again is simple – do what they say, but if you find The Structure’s practices inconsistent with your own moral compass, there are … other options.
All you have to do is make and find new friends willing to help. Obviously, it is not that easy with a government that keeps an eye on everything, but I am sure you will find a path to success. Not all residents are comfortable with the way things go in their city – it is your responsibility to report them to The Structure or clear a path for their plans. It’s your decision.
Whatever you choose, you will come equipped.
This metropolis is at its core a technocracy that provides Mind Scanners with a list of efficient devices that are available for purchase when needed. Everyone has their own quirks, so you will need to become an expert in improvising during your treatments. Don’t worry, everything is safe and sound! At least that’s what The Structure says about it.
