The latest rumors have come true, Warner Bros Games announces Mortal Kombat 1 on Xbox Series, PC, Switch and PlayStation 5 for September 19, 2023!
This will be a reboot of the series that ” a new Mortal Kombat universe created by the God of Fire Liu Kang, featuring many reimagined, never-before-seen characters
In addition, a new option “Kameo Fighters” will appear. Provides the ability to be assisted by another character in battle.
Three editions are planned:
- The edition default with simple game
- The edition bonus with early access to Mortal combat 1 until September 14th. It also includes the Kombat Pack with six additional characters (available post-launch) as well as a Jean-Claude Vandamme skin for Johnny Cage!
- The collector editing with all premium content, plus a Liu Kang statuette, a statuette-inspired skin for Liu Kang, three exclusive art prints, a Steelcase, and an additional 1450 DragonKrystals (the game’s in-game currency).
