Advertising has become one of the areas where Xbox should improve. We have seen and sought users countless times. In fact, despite some progress, Europe is a very fertile region where those in Redmond have nothing to be.

A new face in the marketing department of Microosft
Jerret West was the Vice President of Marketing – APAC (Asia Pacific region) on Netflix. He is responsible for the management of all media, partnerships and marketing activities and for Netflix's local creative decisions throughout the EMEA market. Their most important task was to incorporate Netflix culture into Asia.
Now, West's talent joins Microsoft's lines (Thanks Klobrille for the tip). His job is to preach to male evangelists and young players about American registration models. And apparently as you provided, there's the Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold.
Microsoft has been trying to fill this position for some time, with some jobs providing my review, at least 8 months without leaving. At Jerret West this new position, he already held that position between 2008 and 2011 at Microsoft Global Publishing, this was an excellent piece of Xbox 360 marketing by the way. Other teammates think of him well, such as Jay Ong, EVP and Chief at Marvel Games Studios.
I worked with Jerret where he worked as head of the marketing team for Microsoft Global Partner Publishing in the Xbox section. I have had the pleasure of working with him and consider him one of the best sales professionals with whom I have worked for seven years at Microsoft.
