The launch of Battlefield 2042 wasn’t particularly good, with unbalanced weapons, poor interface design being unfinished and lacking in features, huge maps but void of interaction, etc. DICE, the study in charge of its development, apologized for its mismanagement; in addition to announcing that they would get to work to solve and implement improvements in their game.
You can now update Battlefield 2042 to the version 3.3 which, among other things, includes a new marker, changes to the controls and bindings in the keys, bug fixes and an exclusive package for the Gold and Ultimate editions.

In the same patch notes, the studio previewed its next update, which will include voice chat and a significant balance improvement.
It will include more changes and fixes, as well as the introduction of VOIP functionality for teams, and the updated leaderboard will be available at the end of the round.
We’re also targeting balance changes for weapons on vehicles, including the MC5 Bolte, as well as an overhaul of the attach behavior for infantry weapons across the board.
