Tom Abernathy is now working at Bungie as Senior Narrative Lead on an unannounced project.
For some time now, Destiny developer Bungie has been looking for new staff for an as yet unannounced project, about which little details are known. Tom Abernathy has now announced via Twitter that he will be working on this project as Senior Narrative Lead in the future.
Abernathy has a wealth of experience in the gaming industry and has worked on well-known titles such as Guild Wars 2, League of Legends and The Saboteur, among others.
It is also unclear whether the project will be a Destiny-related title or a completely new IP. Most recently, Bungie announced that it would publish a new IP in 2025.
Previous job postings suggest that the studio’s next title will be a multiplayer action game with live
Service items and in-game monetization will trade.
