We are delighted to welcome anglers to Trollsporet Nature Reserve, the second nature reserve to be established Call of the Wild: The Angler. This reserve in beautiful Norway features new species of fish to catch, missions and challenges to complete, collectibles to find, and much more.

Trollsporet Nature Reserve is located in Norway and is inspired by its beautiful landscape. Explore three unique biomes, Nøkkensjøen, Huldraskogen and Fossegrimfjorden, spread over 52 square kilometers of a beautiful open world. Discover small fishing villages and find your own perfect spot in the magnificent mountains. Experience both the midnight sun and the Northern Lights while spending your time in Norway enjoying one breathtaking adventure after another.

The Norway Reserve features 13 new species of fish. From potential giants like walleye and Atlantic salmon to smaller specimens like chub or roach, each cast has the potential to be your next big catch. You will find char, grayling, brown trout and more. There is something for every angler to hunt including northern pike returning from our original Golden Ridge Reserve bringing the total to 14 species of fish inhabiting the Norway Reserve.

While you’re off the beaten track looking for your next big catch in Trollsporet Nature Reserve, remember to take a moment to introduce yourself to warden Astrid and shopkeeper Torbjørn. Astrid and Torbjørn will keep you busy with new daily and weekly challenges, geocache missions, scavenger hunts and a new narrative mission. Along the way, discover clues to the ancient sagas from the home of the Norse gods, and you might even come across some troll rocks.
