The developers of Sid Meier's Civilization VII have announced that there are numerous improvements.
In a recently published message, Firaxis Games turned to the community of Sid Meier's Civilization VII to thank you for the previous feedback during the Advanced Access phase.
The team emphasizes the importance of the player opinions and, based on this input, announces to prioritize several improvements and new functions.
The developers work on the Ui to make more intuitiveto improve the readability of the card and to fix formatting problems.
Some of the most frequently desired functions are implemented in future free updates, including:
- Introduction of teams in multiplayer mode for cooperative game.
- Enabling the maximum number of players in multiplayer mode in all three era by refining the “distant land” system.
- Option to select the start and end age to enable individual or double age games.
- Provision of a larger variety of card types.
- Possibility to adapt city and religious names.
- Introduction of the HotSeat multiplayer mode.
Quality improvements: Patch 1.1.0, which is to be published in March, will contain various improvements and error loans, including:
- Adjustments to the user interface.
- Continuous balance adjustments and improvements in AI.
- Adjustments in the areas of diplomacy and crises.
- Further error deposits.
Firaxis Games emphasizes her commitment to support Civilization VII for years and encourages players to continue to share feedback on the steam discussion forums or the official civilization discord server.
