Bandai Namco Entertainment announces that PAC-MAN Mega Tunnel Battle: Chomp Champs is now available for consoles and PC. The game is as default– and Deluxe Edition Available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and PC (via Steam).
PAC-MAN Mega Tunnel Battle: Chomp Champs is the first cross-platform multiplayer version of PAC-MAN, in which 64 players munch their way through interconnected mazes. Except for the labyrinths themselves, everything is edible, even the enemy PACs. The aim of the game is to be the last surviving PAC-MAN to become the munch champ.
To do this, players can use power items that not only increase their own abilities, but also turn GHOSTS into allies. A variety of cosmetic items for the body, head and face allow you to individualize your own PAC and thus visually stand out from the competition.
Game modes in PAC-MAN Mega Tunnel Battle: Chomp Champs include Elimination Mode, in which players of all ranks compete against each other to earn tokens that can be exchanged for cosmetic items, and Ranked Mode, in which players of similar rank compete for rank XP to climb the regional and global leaderboards.
Using the friends list, up to four players can join the same game. You can also use it to compare each other’s progress and observe each other’s ongoing games.
