So it’s not that an 11/10 rating isn’t our goal, although that’s a bit of a silly way of putting it. Not sure if I’m going to use review ratings as an assessment of quality. But making the best Starfield is absolutely our goal. I want to make the best games possible.
In addition to Starfield himself, Phil Spencer speaks in the plural and sets his goals for quality in all games, as always, that’s not to say they all come out great, but a game like this shouldn’t skimp on expenses and everything must be measured and controlled.
