About a month ago we informed you that Running With Scissors, the developer of the Postal saga, asked fans if they wanted the saga to come to Xbox, after the technical and critical fiasco that the fourth part, called Postal 4: No record. But just yesterday, we got to see the developer herself take two very different steps. The first was to announce the arrival of the game on PS4 and PS5, which will make people happy, but not us, because Microsoft has closed the door on their consoles.
This was stated in all caps and in a forceful response to a user on Twitter, where they say, “LET’S BE CLEAR. MICROSOFT SAID NO TO POSTAL 4”.

The controversy, the main hallmark of the POSTALE saga
Admittedly, with the criteria and the “cancellations” that exist today on social networks, the Postal saga is already complicated to announce, even prohibited in certain countries, because of its excessive gratuitous violence and so on. If we add to this that it has been quite broken on Steam, the game does not seem to have much future ahead of it after disappointing its own fans, since this fourth installment is practically a remake of the second installment, perhaps. to be the best. known to all and which even came to inspire a film directed by the famous Uwe Boll. Yes, the infamous who destroyed jewels like Far Cry, Alone In the Dark or House of the Dead. Even if it surprises you, yes, there are movies of these video games.
And it is that in his time, when I was young, I was struck by the extreme violence of the first POSTAL, which had no humor, but an armed postman having a bad day who simply killed all those he met. It was so original, extreme, and why not say it, funny, that it inspired a second installment that was so ridiculously over the top that it was pretty funny. At the moment we will not have the pleasure of being able to play its fourth part on Xbox, although we can do it on PC whenever we want. If you want.
