Phigames, with the collaboration of Dear villagers, are pleased to announce their new joint venture called Recompile. Fans of futuristic technology, mixing everything with some touches of science fiction will be delighted to know more about this work. In Recompile we will take the role of a kind of code with Artificial Intelligence which will have to go through the different parts of a computer wanting to erase us from its hard drive. We will use combat, jumps and our ability to hack to traverse all the dangers that this machine conceals, with the sole aim of escaping this torment alive. As we see in the trailer below these lines, we’ll get through different well differentiated locations. There will be a port terminal, a refinery, a database, etc. Each of them with its particular characteristics and with a system of go back in true style Metroidvanie.
