With the Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition, the amusement park will be reopened in March.
Atari is pleased to announce today that Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 will be launched for PlayStation and Xbox consoles on March 20 and the classic amusement park simulation on even more current-gene consoles is available than before.
Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 brought significant changes for the park simulation popular with fans. A 3D world replaced the pixelated, isometric view, and several new functions were introduced, which led the roller coaster simulation to new heights.
Within a week after its first publication in 2004, the title was the best-selling PC game on Amazon.com and ended the year as a top 10 bestseller, as reported by the NPD Group.
Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 is packed with content, including expansion packages, and invites the players to build the park of their lives and rediscover the roller coaster bestseller celebrated by the criticism.

Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 introduced several new gameplay features into the series, including the Coastercam, with which the players can “drive” roller coasters and other rides, and the mix master with which the player can coordinate fireworks shows and vote for music in the game.
Another parking innovation, which is very valued by the fans of the series, are the guests called “Peeps” who arrive in groups and differ in gender and age, including children, teenagers and adults.
Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 will be published on March 20, 2025 for PlayStation 4 | 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | s. It is already available for Windows PC and Mac via Steam, the Epic Games Store and Gog as well as for the Nintendo Switch.
