An exclusive Death Stranding successor is said to have been hired in 2020 by Stadia boss Phil Harrison, according to a new report.

As now from one of 9to5Google According to a published report, Kojima Productions is said to have been working on a Stadia-exclusive Death Stranding sequel. The project is said to have already been approved by Google and was in an early stage of development.
In mid-2020, Stadia boss Phil Harrison is said to have decided to stop development because he assumed there was not enough demand for the game, which was designed as a pure single-player experience.
Kojima Productions is currently working with Microsoft on an Xbox-exclusive cloud game that is rumored to be an episodic horror title called Overdose.
